How to get old forms from MCA

Kindly let me know the procedure for getting form 18 which is not available in view public document option in MCA site.

Dear Sonia, for getting old forms first you have to search file at ROC, if that old form is available in file records of ROC, use service of apply for scanning of documents that not available on electronic depository available in login by giving document I'd which you find when you do physical search of file at ROC. After apply for scanning, meet at ROC and ask them to scan it at the earliest. There is one more option you can opt, when u completed your search in file records, you can ask ROC official for providing same by giving application in writing to ROC.

Hi my dear friend

As per ur query, I had experienced the same with ROC.

As per MCA rules, Roc is supposed to have the records only for Past 8 years.

the rest they will destroy.

Any how approach ur concerned Roc in person, then u vl get info...

Dear Friend,

ROC is supposed to keep all possible records from the beginning of the Company, I think there is no rule that says "ROC maintains last 8 years only".
