Please share format of following documents required for closure of foreign company liaison office bank account 

Request letter for closure of liaison/branch office on the letter head of the company confirming the effective closure date of operations in India 

 

A confirmation from the applicant /parent company (on their letterhead) that no legal proceedings in any Court in India are pending and there is no legal impediment in remittance
