URGENT - Attachment of CHG 4 - stating that amount has been satisfied

Pl guide
in case of CHG 4 whether a computer generated closure letter  not having physical signature of charge holder  can be used as attachment to CHG 4

yes if the form is signed by the charge holder, otherwise it recommended to obtain the signature and seal of the charge holder on satisfaction letter not to get in trouble in future either with ROC/Charge Holder
