DSC Role Check

Dear All,

Could you please advise on the below issue.

I have got ICSI records updated as per my PAN. However, DIR 12 was filed with old name. Now, Role check is not happening. I have raised MCA ticket to update Signatory details and MCA says that they are not authorised to do any Master data Changes in system and requested to contact Jurisdictional ROC. However, Jurisdictional ROC says they have no control on MCA data 

Please advise how can i come out of this situation and get my DSC role check done

I think it can be solved by filing DIR 6

Hi,

PFA for roll check in MCA.Change the system settings as per the attachment and you will definitely get the roll check in your system.

The problem is not with the MCA settings. My Name in MCA is not yet updated where as ICSI records are updated as per PAN.

That's what I am telling mam

File DIR-6 with name as per pan details.

CA/CS Institutes forwards Name as per pan to Income tax and MCA. Every thing should be as per pan database. ICAI even disabled tax audits because of mismatch between institute records and pan database.

Are you a director of company or signing the form as a professional??. If it is second one, re update dsc. You cant upadate dsc with name as per institute record as you have already updated pan details with institute.

You have to wait till it updated in MCA record as its not updated instantly and its take some time.

Form DIR-6 can be filed for only DIN holders for others not possible.

Dear all,

I do not have DIN as I am not a director. I am a CS of a company and my DIR 12 was filed with my Maiden name. Now, I have updated my ICSI records as per PAN and want to do role check of my DSC. While doing Role check error pop up saying personal details do not correspond to the member details.

I am really stuck up.
