Trademark Application

[CS Students]

Dear Members,

We have made an application for registration of Trademark by filing Form TM-A. Now we have received the below reply:

"While taking up the above application for examination under the provisions of Trade Mark Act, 1999 and Trade Marks Rules 2017, it is observed that application could not proceed to examination for the reasons mentioned in the Keep Pending notice uploaded in the website.  

You are called upon to correct "Trade Mark Type" from "THREE DIMENSION" to "DEVICE" by way of filing TM-M along with the requisite fee as a mere reply will not be consider. "

Please guide how to proceed further.

Hi Ashwini,

Your logo must contain design alongwith name that falls under Device Mark. So, they are asking for rectification.

I can help, as yesterday only one of my trademarks have been advertised.
