I don't think it is allowed to strike off the LLP within one year of incorporation.

Please wait for one year, then go for the closure of the LLP. Before completion of one year, the system will not allow you to fill LLP Form-24.

Also you have to draft llp closure papers along with the attachment of  itr acknowledgement, KYC Documents and all the other documents.

After 1 year, you can go for strike off without annual filing or ITR.

Yes, I got an error at the time of filling of form LLP-24. You can fill a dummy form and check the error.
