We all should raise ticket about non working of MCA Portal.
Why directors should pay due to their technical failures.
Suggestions welcome!

ICSI supposedly sent a representation to MCA. Lets hope they extend the dates.

Let them pay.
Notification given in the month of July..they given 1 month time and extended more 15 days. If we still ask for extension, then Directors/companies will never take anything serious. Of course there are drawbacks/practical issues in filing KYC's.
Nothing personal..just my views on extension.

I agree if it was well thought implementation. But unfortunately it wasn't so. There are many revision of forms, Portal issue, DSC issues, PAN issues going on. Then how can you expect Lakhs of DIN KYC gets completed within a month and half so.
It is like GST implementation.

any inside information as to when MCA site will work ? only then the ticket resolved messages will come to us. otherwise we are in dark . raising ticket, is to be on record, but does not solve the problem being faced by all of us. MCA should give extension, as otherwise Directors may desert and not bother to comply at all.
