i need an spv. hcc is having many projects of which some might be tolls

you can take eg of 'noida toll', it has toll project alone

i am looking for names of such companies. foreign companies also would do...

It is very difficult to find a pure spv toll company. Actually, the toll bridges or roads are being built/constructed on BOT basis in India and the contracts for the same are being awarded by the govt. only to pure infra companies and hence the responsibility for collection of toll is also assigned to these infra companies. Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd is an exception.

finding pure spv.s is very easy sir. i accept that the difficult thing is to find out a listed spv. nhai insists that an spv is to be formed for construction of the national highway on a bot basis. once the road is built up, the spv collects the toll. this is how it is done..
