Producer Company Incorporation still governs as per Companies Act 1956 or 2013 (after 2020 amendment)?

Kindly clarify, if it governs under 2013, kindly share the drafts too,

Hi, 

Companies Amendment Act, 2020 has given new section 378A and replaced the provisions under 465 which redirected to Companies act 1956. However, the said section in the amendment act is not notified yet. So, as of the day the law governing should still be Companies Act 1956 only.
