LLP-Strike Off

Dear All,

We would like to bring to your kind attention that an application for strike off of our client's LLP has already been filed and subsequently resubmitted after addressing the queries raised. The last resubmission was made on 01.04.2026.

However, as of date, there has been no further update or communication from MCA. The current status on the MCA portal continues to reflect as “Strike Off – Examination.”

I would like to know how I can expedite the processing of the application?How many days approximately does it take?

Exact date we can't say.. I did 3 companies strike off, still showing the same as you have described above.

spoke to mca as well. same answer that we have to wait.

Hi Everyone

Recently we have applied for the LLP closure in Form Form 24 in the 15 January 2026, thereafter received some remarks from the MCA, thereafter we have submitted the reply with the required details.
After resubmission  in few days they have issued the Public Notice "Notices by Registrar for removal of names of Limited Liability Partnership from the Register" by the C-PACE department. (in this notice multiple LLPs name will be there who have applied for the strike off)

After Public notice on 9 March 2026 finally we have received the notice pursuant to Rule 37(3) of the LLP Rules, 2009 saying the your LLP is dissolved (final confirmation of struck off).

So overall it took nearly 2 months to struck off LLP in our case.. But yes it depends upon the MCA, It may take 3 to 12 months also.

"STRIKE-OFF EXAMNATIION" implies, the application is approved but it is in the process of publication in official gazette. Normally, the department collects all the notification and publish once every quarter. just wait for one full quarter after you see the said remark against strike off examination
