Declaration of commencement of business

dear members

while uploading form INC 20A, Declaration of commencement of business, the error that the Declaration of commencement of business is not applicable to the Company, registered office address is not updated in the system, what does its mean, pls clarify.

Hi ..!!

I think the address you had put at the time of incorporation is different from the address fill in eform INC 20A, so first fill the form 22 then go for eform INC 20A.

You might not have uploaded RO documents at the time of registration. If so first file INC-22 and thereafter INC 20 A

Dear Concern,

          Greetings of the Day.. !

This error prevails when at the time of incorporation of the company, we declare that the registered office address is different from the Correspondence address we mentioned at the time of incorporation.

In such cases after incorporation, the company need to file INC-22 for updating the Registered office address and hence aINC-20 A shall follow

at the time of registration you would have selected "no" in the registered office button. so in this case first you have to file inc 22 and then inc 20A
