STAMP DUTY ON LLP AGREEMENT

What is the maximum amount of stamp duty rate applicable to LLP agreement. 

Suppose contribution by partners is 10 Lakhs then how much do we need to pay if minimum rate is 1% of contribution then wot is the maximum limit?

Dear Esha,

Fot LLP Afreement Non Judicial Stamp Paper worth Rs. 100/- is
sufficient, ireespective of amount of contribution. This is confirmed
by Registrar of LLP Mr. Santosh Kumar.
