Deactivate MCA V3 user id

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have raised ticket to deactivate the user id of V3 portal so they asking for declaration letter. Can anyone please share that declaration.

Hi,

Attach your signes PAN Card with deactivation mentioned. Declaration as such is not required for deactivation.

Remember to state your name, pan and DIN if any stating the reason of deactivation along with signed copy of the PAN. 

I raised a ticket and attached the details as mentioned

And also mailed to the helpdesk. They took time but deactivated.
