FORM CSR-2 Regarding

Hello everyone,

As we are filing the form CSR-2 for F.Y. 2021-22, in point 3 - whether figs of March 21 is to be entered or March 22? because criteria that triggered CSR Applicability is the figures of March 21.

As per the MCA Notification, Form CSR 2 is to be filed till 31.03.2022 after filing AOC 4 and MGT 7, but there is no form CSR2 on MCA  website under the heading 'Companies Forms Download'. How to file the same?

for F.Y. 2021-22 form can be filled by 31-3-2023

few months back when i asked MCA helpline they told me to file it in GNL.

As per the help kit the figures should correspond to amount available in database against the SRN mentioned in the web form CSR-2. 

However, the note in the help kit also says that the SRN field is only applicable for FY 2020-21 (i believe they didn't update the help kit for FY 2021-22). Whereas in the web form, SRN column is mandatory to be filled. And since we are filing for FY 2021-22 so we can't give the old SRN or data pertaining to the same.

Attached herewith the screenshot of help kit for filling web form CSR-2 downloaded from the website yesterday for your kind reference.
