How to file complaint in Serious Fraud Investigation

Hi friends.

Please tell me how to file complaint regarding non availability of Annual report in the serious fraud investigation office.

Dear Pooja Khurana

SFIO is yet to be established by Central Govt by notification to investigate the frauds related to the co.

The same will be in place once the Companies Bill 2012 is cleared by Rajya Sabha in the forthcoming monsoon session(hopefully........)

1. Application need to be made to CLB for obtaining a direction to the company to furnish the Annual Report to the shareholder/members in pursuance of section 219. But before filing application to CLB please send one notice to the company to furnish the Annual Report.

2. SFIO also acts suo moto as well as at the instance of Govt/CLB/Courts in cases of serious fraud. So you you can send a letter to SFIO , Paryawaran Bhavan Lodhi Road Addressing the letter to the director. If he seems it a fit case it may take steps suo moto. Here, the action depends upon the discretion of SFIO.
