PRINTING OF MOA & AOA.

Greetings of the Day!

I want to know whether it is mandatory to print the MOA & AOA in the format of earlier MOA & AOA or we can simply take the printout of E- MOA & E- AOA as filed with MCA in forms?

Certain banks do accept print outs e-MOA & e-AOA. I did it for one of my client

Good Morning.!

It is mandatory to prepare and and print  MOA and AOA in earlier format. Where as e-MoA and e-AoA is  only for incorporation purpose. Attach last signed pages of e-MOA and e-AOA to physical e-MoA and e-AoA.

It required for future alteration in MoA and AoA.

Dear Professionals - Please confirm what approach is being followed in case of eMOA and eAOA. Can we simply print it and give it to departments or do we need to prepare it in word format, and print it out like a booklet???

I am not understand that Emoa and Eaoa comes in Dec 2016 WITH sPICE still people not understood the purpose of both form.

both form are only use at the time of incorporation not for other.

After incorporation you need to forget that i filled this form for incorporation, you need to prepare sample Word file  and then make it pdf like we made at the time of Inc- 7 as well as at this time time in the case of SH-7.
