Dir 12 registered

Dear members,

Dir 12 for appointment  of director in extra ordinary  general  meeting filed with mca dated 27th Jan 2023. However the same has not been reflected in mca signatory details. When the details will be reflected in mca. How much time it takes. What is registered means.... I called mca they says it's under process.

I also filed DIR12 today morning and the status is registered now 

Was your DIR12 approved and master details updated?

Not yet dear. Almost 9 days.. still the same status. As desired by mca I have filed service related complaint. And I am daily following  up with mca help desk. If yours get approve please let me know

any form filed through MCA v3 does not give change in Master data.

I had filed INC 22, PAS 3 and DIR 12 but there are no changes reflected on Master data. even though form status get Approved
