dir 3 kyc of deceased director

a person being a director in a company died on 13th aug, 2018 and his KYC was not filed, now we are not able to file his DIR 12 due to his de activated din.

pls guide on this issue.

Write to the MCA, if the Director has deceased then there is no need to do KYC, unless the government thinks otherwise. Write to the ICSI to represent to the MCA in this matter.

thanks friends for sharing ur views, now as the version of form DIR 12 updated on 4th october, 2018 and we are able to file the intimation of death to the ROC and can update our data on MCA portal.
