Change PIN Code in Company's Registered Address

I have mistakenly mentioned wrong Pin Code in Company's address in INC-7 and now company is incorporated and in the registered address it's showing the same wrong pin code so now what is the procedure to change the PIN code in the co. address.

same procedure as applicable for change in registered office address will be applicable. 

if the change is within local limits, pass board resolution and inform MCA in e-form, if it is outside the local limits - need a GM resolution; and if it is from one state to another GM Resolution with RD's approval.

In this case address has been mentioned correctly...only the pincode has been wrongly entered....this is what i understand...then should it not be possible to amend it with a Master correction data form accompanied by a BR

yes i have seen people doing the same.. on the back side of Master data u hav to make the necessary changes and get the same certified by the director and hand it over to ur concerned roc along with BR as Jayashree Mam suggested..

still to confirm this u may call MCA helpline.. they will also suggest u the best way to resolve this issue..
