PAS-3 - Partly Paid Equity Shares

Is PAS-3 required to be filed every time in following situations where partly paid Equity Shares are issued:

 

1. On Allotment of Shares.

 

2. On receipt of Call Money?

Not required to file any time at the time of call money. As the PAS 3 talks about allotment of shares.

The paid up capital will get increase on ROC site at the time of filing annual filing forms. Till then there is a difference in the paid up capital by call money on MCA Masters Data.
