What will be the fees to Incorporate a Pvt Ltd Company with 10,00,000 Lakh Just need EForm Filing Fees. (Stamp duty not needed)

but at the time of incorporation, no where has to mention whether a small company or not.

then on what basis, the incorporation fees is calculated?
