Hello everyone
Need Help with a Query from client - involving FEMA
The Client is a Partnership firm who is bidding for an International project funded byy ADB.
The work would have to be done jointly with a local Partner in the country called Laos.
Our client would be the Lead Partner
For undertaking this project, the Client is required to open an exclusive account preferably in the country where the project is to be executed.
Kindly guide us on the requirements as per FEMA / RBI
