Maximum GAP between two AGM

Yeah as per 166 read with 210 it is correct that the meeting must be held
Earlier of the following dates:—
(a) 6 months of the close of the financial year.
(b) Within 15 months from last AGM.
(c) Last date of next calendar year.

if the last meeting was held on June 20, 2011. can we hold the meeting on Sep. 20, 2012. or on june 20, 2012.

If the AGM to be held on Sep. 20, 2012 i.e. within GAP of 15 months then do we require to apply for the extension of 3 months from Central Government or to apply ROC for holding the AGM on Sep. 20, 2012

No, you can held the meeting on Sep...bz according to sec 210 you can have meeting in 6 month of financial year end...................
