Dear Members,

I draw your attention towards MCA Filings. I suggest every one to use Adobe reader 9.3 version to overcome file size increasing problem. Adobe reader 9.3 version is added with a facility wherein after affixing signature the file will reduce automatically rather than increasing.

Happy time always...
Kiran

Dear Members

Even I have been using Adobe Reader version 9.3 for last one month and the same form, size of which I could not reduce below 2.6 MB in 7.0.5 was reduced to 1.3 MB with this new version. Moreover there was no problem while filing the same on MCA portal.

Regards,
Mahesh

Hey Mahesh

You can find that feature in Adobe Reader 9 professional after right licking on page u will find certain options like Insert page, delete page, extract page etc.

Its trial version can be downloaded free of cost but for full version u have o buy it.

I hope this information proves helpful for you.

Dear Amar

There are two softwares by Adobe. One is Adobe Reader and other one is Adobe Acrobat. The former is 'Reader or Read only' and the later one is 'Writer'. The functionalities of insertion of new page between two pages of existing pdf file or deleting/replacing a page are functions of Adobe Acrobat and are not available in Adobe Reader.

We were referring to version 9.3 of Adobe Reader. Seems you have Adobe Acrobat also installed in your pc. Installing version 9.3 of Adobe Reader should not replace any version of Adobe Acrobat as these two are different softwares.

Yes. While Adobe Reader is free software Adobe Acrobat is not.

Hi Kiran

Based on your input I downloaded the 9.3.4 version of Adobe reader, Like you mentioned the file size reduces but I am unable to upload the same and am getting the following error
Upload started ...Upload failed : java.net.UnknownHostException: wwwt.mca.gov.in
--------------------------------------------------
Can u throw some light on the above on what could be the possible error.

Thanks in advance

Regards

Lalitha

One best solution will be all professionals will address the problem and  send email to MCA . We have to do it on large scale then only the authorities will realise our problem.

I would like to inform one issue that come across my filing last day.  I have to file form No.1 with ROC pondichery.  When I tried to check the form
it reverted a message that stamp payment in emode is not available for this state/ut.  I tried the same form in several machines of which adobe
acrobat 9.3.4 and 9.3.2 is installed, but of no use.  But when I used adobe 7.0.5 everything worked fine.
