INCORPORATION PREFILL ISSUE

SPICE+Part–A is approved and valid till 09th September. Now for incorporating the new company SPICE+Part –B is filled in but  when I click AGILE PRO, INC-33, INC-34 and INC-9 the details of the name approved as per Spice+Part –A are not getting prefilled. The names of subscribers cum directors are also not getting prefilled. The screen shots of AGILE PRO, INC-33, INC-34 and INC-9 are attached. Is anyone else facing similar issue? Kindly suggest a suitable solution.
