InDUS ind bank(via ORBIS)  mentioning no reporting if via FPI . 

We can do both . Will be going through both FDI and FPI circulars 

Both banks  recommending method that will garner business so self study and independent view essential.

Dear Sir,

Earlier various reportings under FDI was done on physical paper. This circular refers to online filing of such investments / transfers through e-Biz portal.

As we have discussed earlier, ARF and FCGPR filings are not stipulated for investment into units of AIF. However we recommend a plain paper reporting to RBI. You may also wish to take an independent view from your lawyer / consultant.
