2 (Two)- Managing Directors,

2 (Two)- Wholetime Directors

Hi,

 

There may be 2 MD and 2 WTD, just keeping in mind the specific restriction on optimum combination of executive, non-executive clause if applicable and independent director requirement if applicable. But as your company is Pvt. Limited, I Believe there is no issue.
