How to change the our "Designated Authorized Dealer" (AD bank) for RBI Reporting purpose, any guide line are available for that.

your query is not clear.....you want to change the AD for reporting purpose....that is not possible at all...

In my case the AD is not giving NOC for the fema purpose & for the security/ charge in favour of other banks.

On approaching RBI with this context they advice to change the AD bank for the same.

Our group company giving guarantee for purpose of securing the repayment obligations of our foreign JV Comapny in context to the Foreign Currency Facility.

in this case you can approach any bank ....

But this AD has granted the UIN No to indian a Company under the ODI Application, so how we can convince other AD for the said NOC.

UIN number is given by RBI through the particular AD.....I think change should be possible if the AD does not co-operate
