DSC association - Director - V3 - Error

Dear Members,

I created a new Business user login for a director and tried to associate his DSC with his DIN. The error says that the DSC that you are trying to register is already used in the system.

What does this mean? How to resolve?

change DSC PIN and try again. It works

For me it is showing dsc already used in the system. Go to the profile page under Show DSC.  And in the Profile page it says that DSC is not available for this user. I have changed the DSC pin also
All the cookies cache cleared in edge chrome, firefox even private mode used but still facing the error. Tried from different systems also. Raised ticket but no solution received.  ANy solution for the same?

At the start only two options were coming while selecting the token, first was Microsoft Windows Store and other was Save as PFX/P12. But the Em-pass option was coming after some time. But now when I am trying , the option of em-pass signer is not coming whereas embridge and emsginer is successfully running in the system.  Any solution ? tried every browser cleared cookies and caches but still not happening.

I think you should check the DSC token app, whether its epass or crypto id and accordingly go to EMudhra website and remove existing app and install new one from Emudhra website.

When I faced this error, of non appearing DSC, tried this and it worked for me.

Other way is re-install again Embridge and DSC websocket, this can also solve your issue.

While saving INC-33(MOA) the error was occurred 

"Technical Error occured. Please try again after  sometime!!!!"

you can go to services in windows and can restart embridge and emsigner. after restarting remove the dsc token and insert it again, refresh the page and wait for a minute before associating again. mostly it works, if u restart embridge.
