Advertisement in the newspaper_Shifting of Registered Office

Dear Members,

For the purpose of shifting registered offices from one state to another state newspaper advertisements should be provided as per the act it is mentioned that

"Advertise in the Form No. INC.26  in the vernacular newspaper in the principal vernacular language in the district and in English language in an English newspaper with the wide circulation with the widest circulation in the state in which the registered office of the company is situated"

Please advise whether we have to provide an advertisement in the English newspaper only district-wise or in the whole state.

• advertise in the Form INC-26 in the vernacular newspaper in the principal vernacular language in the district and in English language in an English newspaper with wide circulation in the State in which the Registered Office of the Company is situated.

I opine it is one local news paper and one English paper having maximum circulation in the State.    It is not districtwise.
