Please tell me that :

 

1. What is additional representation to be submitted with Trademark application.

 

2. Can a company can apply for a trademark in a class which contain other objects of the company.

DEAR POONAM,

 HI, WELL ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATION IN TRADEMARK IS A DOCUMENT WHICH GIVES BRIEF INFORMATION ABOUT THE TRADEMARK TO BE TAKEN, AND APPLICANT DETAILS AS U PROVIDE IN PROPRIETOR LOGIN CREATION. BUT NOW A DAYS IT IS OPTIONAL TO GIVE ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATION.

AND YES A COMPANY CAN APPLY IN ANY CLASS IT WANTS., BUT IN YOUR CASE, MAKE SURE THAT CO. GETTING REGISTER ITSELF IN CLASS FOR A OBJECT THEY WILL FURNISH OR DO WORK IN FUTURE, OTHERWISE ITS OF NO USE.........

YEAH SURE, I CAN SEND YOU BUT I MUST TELL YOU THAT NOW A DAYS ONLY POWER OF ATTORNEY IS COMPULSORY TO ATTACH IN TM 1 FORM, REST DOCUMENTS IS OPTIONAL.......
