LLP Incorporation - Fillip resubmission query

Dear members,

I got the below resubmission comment in Fillip form "The forms are taken on record, solely subject to the liability of the professional and the applicant and subject to provisions of section 37 of the LLP Act,2008 and rules made thereunder which provide the furnishing of any information or omission any material/information false shall attracts punishment and penalty for the same".

Kindly explain me what I need to do in above resubmission query.
