Extension of AGM

Dear All

 

For Extension of AGM, we have to file Form 61 under MCA 21.

 

My question is whether we have to submit the hard copy of the application to ROC office or to MCA New Delhi?

 

Under manual filing we have to file DD of Rs. 2000/- for the same. But for Form 61 there is no fee. Can we have to file fees of Rs. 2000/- along with hard copy.

 

Please suggest me
