TRANSMISSION OF SHARES

Dear Members Good Morning

 

 Can any one send me immediately the various documents requires to compelet the transmission of equity shares of an unlisted public comapny.

Dear Co-Member,

 

Please find the attached documents, Kindly peruse the Transmission letter at first to have proper understanding and the other attachment later

 

 

It may be informed that for transmission please go through the AoA before proceeding on,

normally for transmission Succession Certificate / Letter of Administration / Probate of Will, along with Death Certificate and Share Certificate has to be submitted.

 

In the absence of Succession Certificate / Letter of Administration / Probate of Will,

-      Legal heir certificate

-      Indemnity and Affidavit on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper

are required to be submitted.
