Query - LLP Capital Contribution

1. Is there any time limit for bringing in the capital contribution by the partner of the LLP?

2. Will it be considered an offence if partner of LLP hasn't bring in the capital contribution mentioned in LLP aggrement.

Yes, as this is an agreement so it should be brought in on or before the date of agreement or any time schedule given in the agreement.

There is no time given in the act hence the penalty can not be imposed by the roc. However, you have to show that much amount only in form which is actually injected by the p/dp.
