GSTIN need not be mentioned on the Name Plate itself, but the same must be Displayed anywhere at the Place of Business. It should preferably be Displayed in a conspicuous manner rather than making it a part of the Name Plate.

As per GST Act GST number also should be mentioned in the Name Board

And we are not required to attach letterhead , So kindly dont compare it with it Both are Differant.

Furher It is also not required to it must be in ENGLISH, if Company used any language other than English like Marathi,Telugu, Gujarati or Bengali, Asssamee on Notice Board of the Comapny because IF MCA Officer cant read it then its not our fault.
