I was wondering, if there is any specific rules/regulation related to Minute Sheet, like what size, type, colour should be used for Minutes Book.

In old act, the original Board Meeting can be called on public holiday but not adjourned meeting, unless article otherwise provides.

I think the same provisions are also in the new Act??

Per Section 174(4) of Companies Act, 2013

If meeting adjourned due to want of quorum and if the Article does not provide otherwise , then the meeting will be held on the same day, same time and place in the next week and if its National Holiday, then day after National holiday.

To add further day after National holiday should not another National Holiday.

Thanks, for original meeting of board, there is no such restriction of day, time and it can be hold even on public holiday, unless article otherwise provides.??

Any kind of meeting, whether board / general / committee  and also whether original/ adjourned may be held on any day except national holiday i.e. 26 jan, 15 aug and 2 oct.
