shifting of RO of Section 8 company from one ROC to other

Dear all,

Has anyone done shifting of RO of section 8 company from one roc to another roc?

If yes can u please guide whether the process of shifting is same as that of pvt ltd company?

Also are there any additional approvals required for this?
