Hello All,

Can anyone provide me the guidance notes on Companies Act 2013. Which Book i should purchase? This is really confusing which sections are yet applicable and which are not?
please if anyone can provide the breif notes.

Kindly look into Backgrounder on Companies Act 2013 prepared by our ICSI.

Gives you an insight into the comparison of CA 1956 with CA 2013 and lots of information to explore.
