Pvt. Ltd. Company gives loan to LLP (99% shareholder)

Dear Sirs

Need one clarification, w.r.t Section 185 and 186 of companies act

Can a Pvt. Ltd. Co. (Not in loan business) gives loan on continuous basis to its 99% partner LLP firm. It gives every 2-3 days and its again repaid by LLP back. My question is whether is there any restriction to it? If any process to be followed if this is allowed?
