Filing Form AOC-4 in MCA V2 version

Dear Members,

I am trying to upload Form AOC-4 in MCA V2 version and following error is coming in that:

"Form Properties not maintained"

Is anyone else is also facing same error. Please reply how to resolve this issue and upload the form.

Dear Sir, 

to resolve this error don't share the form to other systems for dsc. affix the DSC with the same system from which the form is made.

Please try continuously 4-5 times.. then it is happenning
