APPOINTMENT OF NEW PARTNER TO LLP

Dear All

 

Can any body provide me the procedure to appoint a new partner to LLP after registration or incorporation of LLP?

 

Is there any forms need to be filed, in case

 

1)       Any changes / alteration in the LLP Agreement consequent to appointment of new partner.

2)       Any contribution made by new partners to LLP.

hi,

please refer sec 25 of the LLP act

Take consent of incoming partener  and same should be accepted by the Designated partner

the next step would be resolution to be passed at the meeting of partners and  get a admission agreement signed by the parties.

after this- file E form 4  with Registrar with in 30 days of admission

file form 3 for supplement agreement to LLP with registrar

 If the incoming partner bringing capital, as capital bvasse is increasing - accordingly pay fee for increase in capital
