DSC registration failed

Any jugaad for this type of errors. The DSC of all the four have been registered on the MCA portal. 

Facing this issue since yesterday morning.

Please create individual V3  login  and  associate DSC there later upload the copy it will accept

that is already done, individual login has been created and DSC registered in V.3. portal. 

In fact two of the DSCs filed one form DIR-12 just a day before and it went through successfully .
