First Financial Year of LLP

Dear All,

One LLP is incorporated on 04-01-2024. What will be the first financial year for LLP. Whether it is required to file form 11 before 30th may, 2024 and required to prepare financial statements as on 31st march 2024.

In case LLP has been incorporated on or after 1st October of financial year, then LLP can close its first financial year either on the coming or next 31st March i.e. LLP files its first financial year details for 18 months.

In the LLP Act,  on or after 1st October of year, is mentioned. What does it means. Can LLP incorporated in Jan 2024 close its accounts on 31.03.2025.
