Certificate Format Required

Dear all,

I received following a remarks after filling Spice+ Form for incorporation of Farmer Producer Company:

Proper Producer certificate of all subscribers certified by tehsildar/ agriculture officer/ patwari/ SDM/ district administrator and Khasra/ Khatauni should be attached. (Attach proper dated certificate on the letter head of concerned authority and name of person signing the certificate should also be mentioned.). It is specifically mentioned in Producer Certificate that the Subscriber is a FARMER or PRODUCER, it should be in english language.

Is the above remarks certificate from Gram Sarpanch valid or not? Please share the format of the above certificate.

Please find the attachment and visit the office of the nearest Agriculture Officer and request them to print this format on their letterhead and get his seal and signature on this certificate.
