Company Incorporation

A new Company is to be formed wherein 1 director is Indian Citizen and 1 director is Foreign national. Both of them have no DIN.

 In this case need we prepare separate INC 9 in word format or will it be auto generated E form. Please guide.

Also, if someone can share with me detailed draft MOA and AOA as in this case we need to separately draft and attach to Spice+

  Yes first please confirm whether the foreign national was originally an Indian citizen whether they possess any Indian document and whether they later acquired foreign citizenship aalso please specify the country whose citizenship they currently hold.

If he also does not have DIN: a separately prepared and signed INC-9 is required because this is an exception to the normal auto-generation process.
