CAN AN LLP HAVE MULTIPLE ACTIVITY(OBJECT) IN LLP...LIKE HEALTH CARE /HOSPITALS AND BUILDER SHIP WORK ???

It depends upon the ROC to ROC. Some ROC's approve it. Some reject it on the grounds saying that these objects have no link with the main objects & the name of the company or the purpose for which the company has been formed.

I also would love to know the answer to this question. Especially with the new web Fillip form which allows us to enter multiple codes from NIC-2008. For eg. would i be allowed to enter "Legal activities" and "Other professional, technical activities", though both are different codes, it makes sense for a LLP to have both category objects.

Same for real estate LLPs, it is logical to allow both real estate and construction, though both are different codes under NIC-2008.

Yes..

But might be there will be the problem at roc level...

We generally do is incorrect a LLP with single object and then afterwards incorporate the remaining objects with the help of suppliment agreement.

But Form 3 is a non-STP form as well. Won't there be any issue with the ROC then?
