Query on section 314(1B) Relative of Director

Hi friends

Plz clarify the following doubt:

we have appointed Relative of director in the year 2008 on the remuneration of Rs 200,000 p.m. in the pay scale of 200000-50000-350000-75000-500000 with HRA@50% plus usual benefits and perquisites including gratuity.

ans passed SR in the AGM 2008 and also took CG approval.and CG gave its approval for the amount of Rs. 64,87,920/-

and in the year 2009-10 he was drawing gross salary of Rs.6298922 and in 2010-11 Rs 9133403 and in 2011-12 12145371

so plz let me clarify whether CG approval is also to be taken for  year 09-10 , 10-11 and 11-12 as salary is more than 50,000 p.m. (as per 2003 rules )for year 2009-10, 2010-11 and more than 250,000 p.m. (as per 2011 rules).

plz clarify my doubt bcoz this time also we have revised the salary of relative of director and are taking CG approval. whan applied for approval MCA has raised a number of queries to settle down first and withheld the approval.
