no objection certificate from director to use his place as registered office

1) B.R has to be pass

2) NOC letter from Director or if it is taken from Lease then lessor has to give no objection letter. if director place then NOC from Director is required.

3) E-Form 18 should be file with in 30 day from the date of Passing Resolution.

It is just a professionally drafted letter mentioning the conditions & intent for which it is given, depending on the case to case basis.

Draft letter on ur own mentioning, the purpose, duration, objection, consent, address, to whom, why etc

1. You can use the draft for the NOC to be given by the director (make
necessary modification)

2. Company (till incorporated) can not pass any resolution for using
directors place as Regd. Office and even it is not required also.
