Stamp Duty on LLP Agreement Maharashtra

Dear Members

1) A client LLP has a contribution / capital of Rs 10 Lakhs and is registered in Maharashtra.  Is the stamp duty on the initial  LLP agreement Rs 10,000/- in such case

2) Another LLP has a contribution / capital of Rs 50,000  and is registered in Maharashtra.  One Partner is retiring & a new person is being admitted as a Partner - there is no change in total contribution amount. Is the stamp duty on the supplementary LLP agreement Rs 500/- in such case

Request if any member who has recently got approval for LLP Form 3 to kindly guide.  There were changes sometime ago in the stamp duty for certain categories, hence this request for info.

1% of tc or 15k max and in case of supplementary it's 500 in Maharashtra
